About NetCall

NetCall has been running since 1996 when Nick Danson decided to step away from corporate IT Support and work as a freelance contractor.

After gaining experience working for Reuters, BAA and SmithKline Beecham, Nick came to the conclusion that small businesses were not getting the level of support they need and decided to change the focus of the company with the aim of providing high quality support services to small local businesses. This has been the focus of NetCall since 1999.

All our technical support people are industry qualified with a broad level of experience in many disciplines and environments.
